For Photo Restoration:

Please follow these guidelines for scanning:
1. First clean the bed of your scanner with a non streak cleaner such as Windex.
2. Open your scanner software and turn off all auto correcting features such as sharpening and filters.
3. Scan the photo at 600 ppi/dpi and save as jpeg.
4. Fill out the information form and click submit. You will be redirected to a page where you can upload your photo. We will contact you to give an estimate after we receive your photo. If you do not have a scanner you can visit a store such as FedEx Kinko's to get a proper scan.

For Photo Fixes:

Fill out the information form and give us a brief description of the photo and the service you are ordering. You will then be redirected to an upload page. After you have uploaded your we will send you a confirmation e-mail. When we have completed your photo fix we will send you a preview copy via e-mail. When payment is received we will immediately e-mail you your high resolution corrected photo. Turnaround time for this service is approximately 24 hours.

For Photo Frames:

Fill out the information form and give us a brief description of the photo and the frame # you would like. Let us know what size photo frame you are ordering (4x6, 5x7 etc), and the text you would like. Then click submit. You will then be redirected to an upload page. Upload your photo to us. After we receive your photo we will send you an e-mail. When we have completed your custom photo frame we will send you a preview copy via e-mail. When payment is received we will immediately e-mail you your custom photo frame. Turnaround time for this service is approximately 24 hours.

For Photo Retouching:

Fill out the information form and give us a brief description of the photo. Tell us what you would like retouched or if you would like the entire photo retouched please let us know. Then click submit. You will then be redirected to an upload page. After we receive your photo we will send you a confirmation e-mail. When we have completed your photo retouch we will send you a preview copy via e-mail. When payment is received we will immediately e-mail you your finished full resolution photo.
